Located about an hour northwest of Atlanta, our client found a wonderful neighborhood close to his grandchildren. Being a new construction home, he had the ability to choose from the builder's offerings, but wanted a more curated design. Our team started by removing all the flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, and appliances and repurposed these in another project.

We wanted to bring a level of luxury with high end appliances, quartzite and marble, brass hardware and lighting. The light and bright color scheme with pops of deep teal, cinnamon, and mustard bring great touches of drama. We created levels of texture by adding wall trim, painted brick fireplace wall with soapstone mantle, and zellige backsplash.
